I Saw Some Celebrities!

Walking around Sunday night, I saw Stephin Merritt, Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter dining with Fran Lebowitz, and also Janeane Garofalo. It was especially exciting because, with the exception of Janeane, I admire their work. Fran looks exactly the same as ever; she's found the secret to eternal middle age. And I realized tonight that Janeane's whole shtick is basically a bad 10th generation copy of Fran.
