Responding to a complaint from the New York City Commission on Human Rights, the NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority will now allow all people to use the public restroom that matches their gender expression. However, no promises can be granted that the MTA bathrooms will now or ever match the user's own expression of desire for toilets that are not coated with urine or worse.
